Details on CE and CME

In order to receive CME and CE credits, you must have recorded the tracking numbers provided at the end of the sessions on your specific CE/CME Verification Form. Then, fax the form to the SIIM office at 703-723-0415 by June 17, 2012.

Note that only sessions on your specific CE/CME Verification Form have been approved for credit.
