Please allow 3 weeks for receipt of your registration confirmation letter. Keep a copy of the registration form for your records.
Registration Fees
Payment must be made in U.S. dollars by check, traveler’s check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Payment in full is required to process your registration.
Cancellations/Refunds
If you are unable to attend the SIIM 2012 Annual Meeting for which you have registered, notify SIIM in writing. Cancellations must be received no later than May 14, 2012. All refunds are subject to an $80 cancellation fee. Requests for refunds will not be honored after May 14, 2012.
Badges
Attendees must wear badges at all times during the annual meeting to gain access to meeting sessions and activities. You will not be admitted into the Exhibit Hall, Receptions, General, Educational, or Scientific Sessions without the proper badge.
Photo Release
SIIM may copyright and distribute materials containing any photo, video, film, or audio from the meeting without approval to help promote its programs, meeting, pre-conference program, or exhibits.

If you have special needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact SIIM at 703-723-0432, ext. 310.
Press Registration
Members of the press may request a complimentary press pass. All members of the press will be asked to complete a press registration form and verify their media credentials. The deadline for requesting media credentials is May 31, 2012. Onsite press registration will not be available at SIIM 2012.
Attire for SIIM 2012
SIIM suggests business casual for the annual meeting.
